DT&I anyone?

I was at the not so local hobby shop and they evidently bought a bunch of stock from another HS or somewhere. The stuff is old new stock and he usually has nice deals on them. He currently has a bunch of Champ DT&I transfers, in bags. There are several bags, the biggest is 20 or so packets and is $6. There are some smaller grab bags for $3. They are NOT already hacked up, so if anyone models it and needs them, I’ll grab n pass them along.

Are these for Diesels or rolling stock? I’m intrested in this. How many does he have?

There is actually ones for both diesels and boxcars. I wrote down a list of the cars (DTI) they have. I can act as a middleman if you want. As long as I’m working in Columbus it’s no problem with me picking them up. I grabbed a couple bags of them today, as someone else had showed some interest. In the spirit of the boards, I’m just gonna “donate” these to the 2 of you. I just thought they were a good deal and someone could sure put them to use. Let me know what you are looking for and your address and I’ll get them out.

Thanks!!! Anything diesel and boxcar. I’ll gladly pay for them. Also if they are in Columbus, I’m close within 2 hrs. Would this be the “Train Station”?

That would be the place. They have a bunch of old stock from somewhere. The cars (lettered for DTI) are;

Accurail 1-tri-lvl autorack fro $6, 2-bi-lvl autoracks for $6ea

Concor- 1 60’ greenville boxcar kit for $5, and 2 Undec (decals I have will fix that) for $5 ea

Athearn WV caboose #5386. for $7.

There were several 86’ hi-cubes (undec) and just a bunch of different cars (mostly kits) from different mfgs. I bought a dozen cars myself for 3 and $4 ea. I bought all the Roundhouse 3 window cabeese because they look nice and allow the interior to be detailed.(wood floors, removable roof). There was an Eastern Car Works Caboose kit which had several different end walls for whatever type you want to model (round end windows or square etc). I think that one was $8. It was pretty cool if your into building em.

I’m just going to let you two have them. Someone on these boards sent me some stuff and really didn’t expect payment either. Just pass it on to someone else if you can.
