[?] Can someone tell me who makes an acrylic dull coat that can be applied with an airbrush? I don’t like the effect the Testor’s dull coat spray can gives, it sometimes leaves small splotches and spatter marks.
Almost every acrylic paint manufacturer makes a clear flat. Dull*Cote is also available in bottles so that you can air brush it with much better results.
PolyScale makes a “flat finish” that’s acrylic. It can be applied via airbrush or regular brush.
Dull coat in bottles can be air brushed. I thin it with paint thinner, with good results. The large bottles are a lot cheaper route verus spray cans.
Amen to that! These spray paint companies are getting ridiculous with their pricing.
