Saw this today. Not sure I understand the caption. Was the museum storing the cars on line for someone and now they’re pulling them out to an interchange point to get them back to the owner / get them back in service?

The North Shore Scenic Railroad stored a pretty good amount of coal cars for the BNSF for the duration of Midwest Energy’s annual shutdown.
Thanks - saw a 2nd, related photo today and it kinda filled some of that it. Cool too see that vintage power pulling high capacity coal hoppers.
