DVD for make your own custom signs and paper

I recall reading an ad about a DVD to make your own custom signs and paper. I think it more advanced then paintshop. Anyone know of such an thing?

My favorite vector-based graphics program has been Corel-Draw. I have seen suggestions from others here about free or low cost programs as well but since I was already a Corel user I stuck with that.

Good Luck, Ed

You are referring to the product from Evan Designs.

I have the street and railroad sign creator from them, and it has almost every one you could ever need.

For street and railroad signs, instead of a decal, if your printer will handle it, thin sheet styrene can be directly printed on. (Use “photo” settings, for less ink bleed, and longer drying time. And, after the ink is totally dry, I recommend a sealing with either gloss or semi-gloss sealant, so as to not “smudge” ink during cutting.) Otherwise, you could also try photo paper, (Like I did my first set. Just glue the dried photo paper to sheet styrene for support.) It gives a glossy look to metal signs, making them very realistic looking.

I would post some photos, but my layout is in the process of being removed from its current location, in preparation of an expansion after a remodel of a room is finished. (None of my older layout pics clearly show the homemade signs.)

Here is a link to the products that Ricky was talking about, look at Sign Creator

Just out of curiosity, what can Sign Creator do that Word-for-Windows cannot do?

Sign Creator has a bunch of pre-made signs that can be used as-is or modify the text for a custom sign.
