DVDs Sent out without my asking for them

Have gotten several DVDs Trains & model RR, but have looked at some parts, or just ignored it with all the other tasks in life. Some never made it from the car into the house, sent one back, found 2 more.

The model railroad one I saw, did not interest me, the trains one was interesting, have been to the horseshoe curve in Altoona, PA, pixs on my picasa, and in my trains picasa.

The first one a few years back got sent directly back, no DVD player on computer.

Got another recently, it goes back when I have a chance to look.

Today, finished checkbook, did bank statement a few days ago, but had all the checks since Dec 10th statement to list and subtract, check rental U-haul truck bill against what I was given, check Waste Management dumpster bill against quoted but no extra charge. Got Jan City bill for trash, water, electric at new house, due by 10th, and Comcast bill for two months due by 21st, but paid,

The months since June 1st retirement have been filled, finding house, getting 401K $$ to buy as down, tossing out stuff wife should have shredded years ago but piled up, days of that, shredding or chewing up acct.#s, paying off car, many hoops to jump through, then huge expense of food for holiday party, new furniture, drapes, hangers, fireplace, heater, garage door opener, etc.

I just want to run some trains and get on with new layout, need a pet parakeet or single cat for stress relief. meow or chirp. Much stuff in garage, needs to go to dry basement, albums put away, stereo connected, and or fixed, train stuff checked to see what I have or am missing still, need a 20 hr part time job or need to make and sell some art.

Overwhelmed, need less, not more added in. My opinion, after 13 years on Industrail automation job pre/post sale support, the last 3 years were “hell” so am lucky to be out of that alive, former jobs had lots of travel for 16 years, music and audio is my other hobby. But I lived alo

If someone sends you something in the mail without you requesting it , you have no obligation to spend any time of effort to send it back , its yours to keep for free.

I like the DVDs and look at them as free stuff… Sort of a rebate on my subscription. I think you would have to take legal action against them to avoid them continuing to send you more as it is part of what they do to suck in more money from folks who are especially new to the hobby and hungry for info.

I got one a few years back. I kept it and ignored the “bill”. Klambach never sent another bill or DVD.

We have been through this numerous times in the past. There is no need to repeat that here.
