Does anyone know of where I can find tabulated or graphical data on dynamic braking effort vs speed for various settings of the dynamic brake control?

EMD’s Service Manual graphs it. If you don’t find it anywhere else I can mail you a xerox-- I may not have the SD40-2 manual, but I’ve got the SD45T-2.
