Yep, taken over by LBF, which also seems to have gone under if their web site at http://www.lbfcompany.com/ is any indication.
Long gone. LBF is also now gone. Hubert’s Model Railroad Manufacturing in Cincinnatti, Ohio purchased the remnants and is now selling E&C and LBF designed products.
