E-unit drum

Can anyone tell me if an e-unit drum from an ‘s’ gauge AF locomotive is compatible with that from an ‘o’ gauge locomotive?

You’ll find more help with S Gauge on the Toy Trains and Classic Trains forums. That’s where most of the Lionel crowd hangs out.
