Hi, friends.
I have a lionel sd-18 and the Pin holding the Pawl to the Plunger of the E-Unit falls out during operation. how can this be fixed. When I put it back in place it works fine, then falls out again. Any help or suggestions will be welcome.

Try upsetting the pin in the middle with a pair of cutting pliers. Go easy at first. If you don’t mess it up enough, it will come out easily and you can be a little more enthusiastic the next time, until it stays in place.
You might try deleting the other post. If that doesn’t work, you can always edit it to be blank.
