East Troy museum hosts South Shore fans

As a student at Notre Dame in the early 60’s we affectionately called the South Shore the ‘Vomit Comet’. Those orange cars were worn out then, but moved, especially east of the Michigan City Shops. My mother’s first cousin was a career South Shore employee so this is not disparaging! The winters were dreadful, but the South Shore found a way to be always punctual. I sent this because I rarely saw a ‘vacationer’.
