Eastern Shore Railway Museum - worth it?

I’ll be vacationing in Ocean City, MD in a couple of weeks and am considering a side trip to the ESRM in Parksley, VA (about 1h15m from Ocean City). What can I expect at the ESRM?

If it is a museum about something you’re interested in and you’ve come a long way to be that close, does it really matter at this point? I would give you 90% or better chance that you’ll find and take away something of value.
