Rail Line No.1-- Decatur to Charleston, Via Arcola; never got past the propsal stage

Rail Line No.2-- Danville to St.Louis; graded 5 Miles near East St. Louis. This one actually had a name: Central & Southern Illinois Railway, but again thats all that happened.
