Q. Is there a conductive adhesive for joining parts together that would be very difficult to soder, braze or weld?

I’m not sure if you want something like JB Weld, which is a metal-impregnated epoxy (sold in tubes at auto parts houses). It is used by machine shops when holes are too large (threads stripped out), and is then drilled and tapped. Not as strong as the original metal, but a fair substitute. I have never measured its conductivity, so am not sure if it is conductive. But it would definitely be difficult to solder, weld, or braze!

JB weld won’t conduct electricity. Go to your local electronic supply store and ask for two part electrically conductive epoxy. Very expensive, but very handy. I have used it to glue feeders to track and various other track issues. Worked quite well. Cost about $15.00 for a tiny pair of tubes. Make sure it hasn’t been sitting in the store for too long…
