not sure if this is an adhesive but you could use any ordinary adhesive then smear this on, perhaps. Others would know more than I on this.
No personal experience here, but try “Googling” the term “conductive epoxy” with and without the quotation marks.

Walthers sells a small vial of electrically conductive silver paint that I’ve used as a sort of adhesive.

not sure what you want it for . I found a 1/4 wide copper tape at a doll house shop . they us it for wiring light behind wall paper .I us it on the track along with plastic strip tape . I put down a small strip of strap tape in track to insolate it and put a small wire under the copper tape on the track to make blinker lights work when train rolls over work for me it doze ware some easy to change a i dont tear up track to put plastic pin in cut track . hope this helps BY BY model a
