Just ran across these while surfing.
I’m looking forward to their release. Brings back the old days riding them into Philly and also hearing the whine of the motors when they pulled out of the station.
Yes, but that was “progress” you understand. We replaced those nice old street cars and interurbans with those nice “new” stinky, dirty, smoke belching buses courtesy of GM, Firestone, And Standard Oil.
But the Europeans were the really dumb ones, they kept theirs, they aren’t “smart” like us!!
Oh well, what difference does it make now eh? It’s too late to put it back, besides, how else could a person show off their brand new piece of crap if they took the trolley to work ?
