I believe Valencia is in Spain, not France. Vossloh Espana is in Valencia, Spain.

I’d rather EMD got the sale of the entire locomotives, but engine sales are better than nothing. I hope EMD gets their Stage IIIb/Tier 4 engines ready soon.
