What you saw was the frame and diesel engine for an SD70ACe…
The photos I posted are the finished products…the ones under the black tarps are at the PTRA to be taken down to the Houston City Docks, (Texas Terminals shippers) for shipment to Australia, and the last photo I posted show it with out the tarp.

Glen Ellyn it is a partially built SD70ACe going to Bombardier-Concaril, in Mexico for finishing. This will be either one for UP or for KCS. Bombardier is going to complete 100 for EMDI.
