I just bought a 16 oz of envirotex. im just curious as too how i would come about using it. i want too make a lake. the box came with a resin, and a hardner. im not sure exactly how too do this? please help me out!

I believe you mix them 50/50,the box or the bottles should have a ratio.
It’s a 50-50 mixture. Mix exactly the same amount of each together.
AND make sure you mix it thoroughly. When you think you’ve mixed it enough, mix it some more. After pouring it, you can either pass a torch quickly over the surface or if you are uncomfortable with that, get down close to the surface and huff on it a few times. Blowing your hot breath on it removes air bubbles from the mixture. Using a hair dryer or the like won’t work as you need to apply CO2 to the mixture to remove the bubbles, if any.

alright, i think ive got that down. but yeah i dont think ill be using a torch considering im only 14 lol. i hope huffing on it a couple times works. also, i used hydrocal for the base. what can i use too paint the lake bottom and what colors do i use? thankyou again! Keith
