This layout is so big! I was the one to build smaller, more compact layouts, and fill it completely in with more scenery and make it more realistic. That was then. This layout looks heavily scenicked and very very realistic. I guess I was just “stereotyping” large layouts. This layout makes mine look pathetic, and honestly, I think my layout is somewhat
not bad. Awesome layout. I hope I can see it sometime!
Having grown up in Deposit in the late 50s - early 60s, I’ve been fascinated by the Erie as the way thousands of summer vacationers got there for decades (generations), the way milk got to New York, and the Gulf Summit pusher district all my life. I don’t know how I missed this layout so long! It’s great!
