In my old Erie and Erie-Lackawanna timetables of the 50s and 60s there is a line between Hamilton and Indianapolis on the maps. I don’t see any current or former EL trackage between these two cities. Was this trackage rights?

I’ve looked in both Moody’s and in the Official Guide. Nothing specific is mentioned, but this appears to be EL trackage rights on the B&O.
