Are there any “major” external differences between the Norfolk Southern SD50’s and the units they’re being rebuilt into, the SD40-E? I have a couple of undecorated SD50’s and I was contemplating painting them up as newer units. I’ve looked at photo’s of each and cannot see a difference myself. Thanks for anyone’s time.
