After wondering what happen to this publication, I found an open letter (April 26, 2012) to the readers.

Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): After twenty years of publishing Extra 2200 South I have decided it is time to retire and I am looking for someone to take over the business side of producing Extra 2200 South. Please contact me if you might be interested.

Always enjoyed the earlier years of X2200. Seemed to be a lot more “meat on the bone” in each issue. The later years around issues 100 and higher seemed to be compiled mainly of lists only.

Still sorry to hear this news. Maybe someone will purchase the publication and revive in an on-line format as that would probably be the best median today for the X2200 format.
