I am building LEGO’s Super Chief and would like to know a few things, I read MR’s F-unit article, but would like to know, what phase the F3 is, also, what engine did it use? Does anybody know where I can find pictures? Oh, and what numbers were the ATSF passenger Warbonnets. Is 301 prototypical or should I use #27 or make my own, any help will be greatly appreciated.
All things Santa Fe are on Q Station. Go to http://www.qstation.org/ and you can find out all about Santa Fe’s F unit fleet and which number will fit your model. There were many renumberings.
