Yes it is, but 301A is an F7A and 301C was an F3A, renumbered from 28C, after Amtrak took over AT&SFs passenger service. I know,[B)] picky, picky,picky. But there you are. The lionel F3 looks like no F3 I ever saw, but as I said…[B)]
