Acutally it’s an empty grainer and it showed up in the nick of time. Otherwise it would have been a great landscape show without a focal point.
A handy spot in the Ruston/Tacoma area and the luck of passing by at the right time led to a pretty cool scene.
Cute that there is a plane as well, heading towards SEATAC probably. That image is definitely spot on. And then the color was all on the ground.

The plane was actually inbound to McChord, a minute or so later it was directly overhead.
Dang! Guess I’m due for spotter training update! At least it was a friendly.
On Google Earth, it appears that line actually goes under a residential neighborhood for a while (a little north of your vantage point). Interesting.

I have been having problems accessing photos from the site hosting this photo recently. The photo loads and then I am unable to page down to the bottom of the photo and then I get a error message about a ‘script’ not completing. ???

Regards the script error. I’ve revieved that as well. Usually just cancel the error message allows the page to load.
I have been doing that - the problem, from my perspective, Railpictures is the only web site that I see this happening on. And it is happening on both my computers, one running Windows XP and the other runs Vista Home Premium.
