Does anyone know if something has occurred at Feather River? I have been doing Internet shopping for about six months with him, and have been very satisfied, but my latest entry is not progressing as usual. According to my “account”, there has been no progress for the week since my request, nor has an email been acknowledged. I find this bevavior very unusual, as I have talked to George(the owner) before and he very prompt, courteous and honest in his dealings. I sincerely hope nothing has happened to him or his business.
Are you talking about the right shop? The owner of Feather River is Chuck. George is the name of the owner of Wig Wag. I’ve dealt with both. Chuck is very responsive, and there are times when George takes some time to get back to you due to the number of shows he participates in.
Both are good dealers. A little patience and you should be well taken care of by either.
If I was Chuck and you called me George, I might think that you had the wrong number. Patience my friend. Or maybe this poor CS thing is spreading outside of PA.
