The Federated Malay States Railway in the period before the Second World
War, according to research I have done to date, had mainly British engines and rolling stock. Late the in the 1930s they bought some Baldwin steam engines, 4-6-2 Pacifics and 2-6-0s.

I’m doing this for family reasons. modeling in N Scale,

I have found some images online on train spotting sites but would be interested if anyone can point me to FMSR scheme for steam engines, freight wagons and passenger cars before the Second World War. Any other suggestions would be welcome.

Yes I had checked that out and it links to the ktmfan site but most people there are interested in the modern era…

I did find one name which I Googled and am trying to contact now.
