I’m planning out a little scene for the parking lot of one of my industries. Originally, I’d intended to go with a UPS truck but Norscot’s offering was just too much to justify. I saw Model Power has a FedEx van for a much better price. It’s a little smaller than the UPS truck. And that got me thinking: both the UPS and FedEx delivery trucks are a bit on the small end for what I’m doing.
The 28’ trailers would probably be better. I know UPS doesn’t let anyone make little model UPS trailers and I’d rather not make my own. I thought I could maybe harvest a logo from some NASCAR decals or something. But that little Model Power van to me thinking, does anyone make FedEx decals for the FedEx LTL trailers? A cursory search didn’t turn up anything (other than an S scale FedEx LTL truck for like $100), but I was wondering if anyone that’s got their ear to the 1:87th vehicle modeling crowd has ever seen any FedEx decals turn up.
