Please note that the Feds are investigating the illegal dumping of car parts into the Pacific. Neither The Feds nor the State have any standing in the performance of unauthorized repairs it is an AAR issue.

This is what can happen when vital operations are outsourced to contractors. I wonder what goes on with other outsourced operations, like track inspections, roadbed construction, etc.
And the managers will still get their bonuses…
Its all about the dollar. Life is to short for all the gusto. Better know where you are going. Corruption!!!
