Yesturday was my birthday. My wife gave me this huge box and told me “I hope this is something you wanted”. I open it and pulled out 9 Mint FSM kits that were still sealed with the tape never cut. The boxes didn’t even have a scratch in them. I asked her if she was crazy knowing what the kits were worth. She told me that a girl she works with had a husband that ran off on her with another women. She told me the girls soon to be X told her she could have the train stuff, that he no longer wanted it. She knew my wife was going to buy me a FSM kit from ebay so she brought all the kits he had into her at work and told her that she could have them all for $200.00. It was the best birthday I ever had. Here is a list of the kits below. I hate rubbing it in [:D]

I did go down to work today and asked the girl if she had any idea what those kits were worth. I told here that the Seafood Emporium alone goes for $450.00 to $650.00 on Ebay alone. I know what the other kits are worth but I have no idea what the John Allen Special is worth. I told her that I would have no problem giving her a lot more then what she wanted, ( I really wouldn’t want to take advantage of her) but she just wanted to **** him off more then anything. She also said he has some track and a lot of old steam engines that are still boxed up. I would bet money that some of them or most of them are brass since he had such great taste in buildings.

The most valuable piece I have right now to me is my OMI 3 unit Gas Turbine. I posted pics of it several months ago here on this sight. Even though it isn’t the most expensive it has a lot of sentimental value.
