There’s some very nice work there. It looks like an interesting track plan as well. thanks for putting the photos up. Look forward to seeing more photos in the future.

Great looking layout. As far as your avatar, you might have to go under my pictures and edit them to make them smaller. Thats what I had to do.
Great looking layout
Thanks for sharing !
That’s a great layout!
As for the Avitar, you can open your pic in Microsoft Paint and resize it there to any size you want.
Robby P and Phil,
Thanks, got the signature photo to resize.
That layout looks great! Post more pix.
Alex,
There’s more on the 3rd pg of Weekend Photo Fun.
Just figured how to do this after all these years on the forum: You guys may created a monster here. Look out! Good thing my daughter’s D70 battery died after 28 shots.
There’s a lot more to this railroad to still shoot. And it’s only about 1/3 completed.
OK thanks!
I found the thread before you replied.
Thanks anyways.[:D]
Absolutely beautiful layout. That city scene was looking pretty nice. Great looking track plan too. That thing is huge. How did you guys get the time to build such a masterpiece. Now I want to go and finish scratch buikding my dry packing plant.
Thanks for all the pictures!![tup]

The South Shore Model RR club has been working on this for about 10 years. Four years alone was rebuilding the 10,000 sq’ building to house our layout. The extensive design process-try to get 60 members to finalize a track plan. Then section by section and always trying to have some sort of operating layout (club operations and show/ open houses) has been ongoing for the past 5 years.
The layout is approximatly 1/3 completed at this time. The proposed layout is to be about 6,500 sq’ when done.
I must admit, we do have quite the facility. We are rather proud of what we have thus far.
