Last year, I built a small plastic structure with clapboard siding and applied a couple decals to one wall. I applied Micro-Sol to them. Now, a year later, I noticed they are peeling off the clapboard siding. One is a solid colored decal that I could probably reapply with a touch of glue, but the other is a clear decal with some lettering and I’m afraid it would look cloudy if I used any type of glue to reset it. Are there any decal products that would reset these decals so they stayed attached to this irregular surface.
you could possibly try solvaset or microsol to re-wet the decal and see if it sticks again, then after everything is back in place, cover with dul-cote or glosscote or some other clearcoat.
Remember, it may take multiple applications of either the solvaset or microsol. If that doesn’t work after 4 or 5 coats, let it dry thoroughly and use some Clear Gloss as an adhesive brushing it underneath and on top of the decal, then when dry, spray some Dullcote to seal and even out the finish.
Is this a painted surface? If not, you may never get the decals to stick. They will not stick to bare pladstic.

You need to apply the decals to a glossy surface and seal them on with some sort of top coat.
It sounds like you did niether.
