First Place Hobbies are slow is normal?

I have made a order to First Place Hobbies for over a week ago.
They have take the money from my VISA account days ago but still I can`t see they have send my any things on there “on line order status” check.
Is this normal internet shop business?

Any one doing buy from them who knows?

I ordered some stuff from First Place Hobbies about a year ago. If I am remembering correctly, they were a little slow, but I was still happy with the transaction.

While I don’t know about First Place, there are some online stores that for some reason there “on line order status check” just doesn’t seem to work. I’ve actually received items before any update on the status was posted lol.

Call them and find out what is going on with your order.

I’ve ordered several items from First Hobbies and have never experienced “slow orders”. I like their prices.

I ordered some stuff from them this spring and they charged me more than a month before they actually shipped the items. I sendt several emails but NO reply. I will never do business with them again!

Even though their prices are competitive they insist on shipping via UPS, so the total cost will be extremely expensive compared to other stores for us none-US buyers. Stay away is my advice!

If you’re talking about 1st Place Hobbies of Bluffton, Indiana…my last two orders were placed on-line on a Monday morning and received that Thursday, and I live about 2000 miles away from them, so I’ve had really good service from them.
