Hello all.
I finally got round to making a short film showing the first partially-sceniced area of Sweethome Alabama.
It’s been so long since I made the last film (over a year) that I’ve forgotten how it’s done, so there are a few glitches and the quality’s not that great, but at least it gives an idea of how things are progressing.

Nice video Jon. The layout scenery is looking great. I love the weathering on your rolling stock/locos.
Do you make your own trees? They look very real.
Glad my son got us off dail up, never was able to watch videos unless I spent hours recording them, seemingly taking a minute to record a second. (Not quite that bad, but nearly.)

I always enjoy your videos. The horns on your locos sound much more real than too many heard in YouTube videos. Very nicely done trees.

Cool, I have enjoyed following the progress you have made on this layout as well as your other layout Sweethome Chicago. The only thing I can’t seem to find is if you have ever posted a track plan of either layouts?

I’m not very good with computer layout design - spent too much time modelling - but I do have a trackplan for SWC, albeit a bit crude
