Anyone have a good close up of a mow flanger? I’m building one for my (future) layout and just need to see some detail for the blades. Thanks. Tom

Google Railroad flanger. Lots of good pictures and videos.

Railroads were cheap and most employed shop forces that could convert anything from an old tender, caboose, flat car or just about anything whit wheels in their own shops. Seems like no two are alike, a good thing for modelers.
