Does anyone know where I can purchase a “FRED” for DCC?

I’ve seen them advertised but can’t seem to locate them.

There’s one from Bershire Junction. I don’t know how well it works though.

Buy Cheap decoders and put them in the car/container of your choice and wire it up and program and It should work. But then you have to keep the wheels clean on that car if you do that. I find it is much easier to find a battery powered one

Its 40 bucks + another 3 dollars for the matching truck, but hey quality costs a little more[:)]
