I suppose you could have some fun with that one. People would say no-way and you pull out the photo. You can enjoy yourself with that one.
My latest load is more mundane; Wheels of Time makes some crawlers in HO and N which will make a good load. I’ve seen a photo with them on a flat on a D&RGW train going up the front range - two on a 50’ flat. Perfect!
Just an art project or for real use
The fact the nut is already on the bolt leads me to believe it is art or movie prop. I have seen a few things for the movie/TV industry come in on trains.

Judging by the minimal amount of support under the nut/bolt assemblies, I’m betting that they are made of foam. I’d love to have had a job building stuff like that!
