Forgot to say Thanks to the Forum

I forgot to say in posting, that the main reason things seemed to go so well in my first effort is the great help of this forum!. I want to thank all those who took the time to respond to my questions…even when I had to ask multiple times on things I didn’t understand…especially Texas Zepher, jeffrey-wimberly, MisterBeasley, cacole , ARTHILL, tomikawaTT, rrinker and everyone else who has ever helped a beginner.

I literally had answers in minutes, sometimes between trips to the hardware to get the right stuff. Of course, I will continue with my questions forever…more about tweaking the layout and then weathering some of the structure kits I am building, and switching everything to Kadee couplers over time.

No problem. If you have a question, ask and I’ll help if I can.

You’re very welcome.

I’ve just been doing what some more experienced modelers did for me when I was a newbie, back during the Truman administration.

I believe that Robert Heinlein defined this practice as, “Paying forward.”
