Ah that’s too bad. I had a friend who was killed in a scooba diving accident at a lake with a big waterfall in southeastern Mexico, 37 miles SE of Mexico City. In a small town of West Dubuque on the Yucatan Penninsula. Nobody knows what had happened to him but some have stated he was chewed by a crocodile or lost oxygen from breathing underwater.
Great man with vision for the future of Rail, sorry to lose him. We have to keep in mind, Federal $$$, are not free, they are our tax $$ at work. Maybe current Govenor of Ohio, understands, that Ohio’s $$$ pot is also drying up.
