It looks like it might be an 0-20-6 configuration. It has to be a live steamer. Estimated weight 500 lbs in G-scale. Cost? If you have to ask, you obviously can’t afford it.

Y’all missed the scale issue.
Look at the figure standing in the foreground.
If the engine has a proportional scale to track, it’s probably a 20 foot gauge or better, in 1:22.5 that works out to over 10-1/2" between rails.
