To test for these drugs and report results waves flags that say that the drugs impede timely performance, maybe alter attitude, and effectively change pain seriousness and physical response intervals… a euphoria?
I have never heard of those drugs.

Ultrum is the brand name for tramadol, and Ultracet is the name for a drug that is a combination of tramadol and acetaminaphine . These are prescribed to treat moderate to moderately severe pain.
A few years ago a family member of mine had taken an Ultrum that was not prescribed, by another family member thinking they were being helpful. The relative that took the drug had such a severe reaction to the Ultrum, they were rushed by ambulance to the hospital ER thinking that person had a heart attack. Powerful stuff, that should be a controlled substance ! More like coping with pain, than it is euphoria !
