Free paper commercial building

I ran across this today when I was looking for western buildings to answer another question on the forum.

It’s a free downloadable commercial building. Signage for a dry cleaner and a deli are included. Nothing stops you from printing more than two of them and adding your own signage, of course. It’s about 1:60 scale, which makes it fine for an S gauge or O27 layout. When printed it may be on the small side for O.

The rest of the product line looks interesting. You could make a pretty attractive city scene with it, I would think, and without spending tons and tons of money.

Dave, thanks for the information. It is good that we can all help each other. This forum has some of the best people.

You’re welcome. You’re right, this is a good forum.

I just printed one of the buildings off. I think it looks equally good with either an S or O scale figure in front of it. If the scale of the door bothers you, it’s easy to cut out the door and the transom, then put a taller door in. Conveniently the opening for the door and transom scales out to about 7 feet in O scale.

And if you got ambitious, you could do some nice kitbashing with it. Good, cheap fun. I printed a couple of paper buildings on heavy cardstock a year or two ago, and they’re surprisingly durable.
