No but it probably involves soaking a lint free cloth in alcohol and running the cars over it with your hand
Jeff, here;s what I use.
I fill it to cover the top of the board with alcohol and run each car through it a few times. Cleans the wheels very nicely.

I cover the rails with towel paper with alcohol and then a dry paper towel about 6 inches away. Then I run the trains across them. As long as a coupler pin doesn’t catch a paper towel it works pretty well.

Thats what I used to do. Then, the local Hobby Shop guru of everything trains told me to buy “Rail-Zip.” Its a clear red liquid that is a super remover of gunk. Put it on the rails, said he, and run the train to spread it around. Amazing! It worked like a miracle. I highly recommend it.
RAIL ZIP as previously mentioned is fantastic i use it and have been using it for 15 - 20 years or so
put it on top of the rail and just run the trains normally the zip cleans the wheels and the track will look verrrrrry black and gunky…DONT PANIC… this means it is working the gunk will eventually spread to the outside of the rail and your rail head will have a contact patch that is nice and shiny…DO NOT CLEAN THE RAILS…I REPEAT… DO NOT CLEAN THE RAILS…( sorry for shouting )
