Freight trucks

I’m hoping somebody here can point me to a website that has historical information dealing with freight trucks… Not the kind that the train cars run on but over the road type trucks… I’m not interested in any model manufacturers websites, I’m only looking for photos of the types of vehicles that were used in the mid - late 1940s.

Even small railroads had their own freight trucks. The 33 mile long East Broad Top in central Pennsylvania had several over the years, plus a bus line.
