Can anyone help me track down an article? I can’t remember if it was late 1990’s or early 2000’s, but I remember reading a 1/2 page article about a DOD project to build a fuel cell locomotive. The picture showed an EMD carbody, and the article mentioned that the locomotive developed 1KW, about 1400hp. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
