Who will reap the benefits? Will it be the UP or the BNSF? I also wonder will the widened Panama Canal reduce the need for all this activity to improve this and other west coast ports? East coast ports are preparing for a sizeable increase in their throughput and the CSX and the NS will be the winners there.
