I might be. Did’nt know about this one. Have to convince the wife first. She is into these shows but this might be rather quick. Who knows. I think we are supposed to have cold/rain this weekend.
Do you have any details … web site … how many booths etc.
thanks for the info fwdguy!..i’ll be there…just got some new #5 kadee couplers in and need some rolling stock to put them on…chuck
just a reminder again about the train show…this one is usually a good train show if it’s going to be like the one from last year…there should be N, HO, and maybe S gauge layouts here among 3 -4 clubs in the area…lots of booths and some clinics…chuck
I’m going. It is supposed to be a little cold and rainy up here in the Austin area this weekend.
I’ll have an orange baseball cap with SH on it.
i’ll be there…i’ll be the big dumb looking guy with the pretty wife…6’0" about 260#'s blue eyes, dirty blonde hair, and wearing glasses…i’ll try to look you up…i’ll be there about the time it opens…say around noonish or so…chuck
I’m not too big, ~ 170lbs. …dumb? … have to ask my wife … she’ll obviously be the better looking one [:D]. Blonde with glasses also.
I’m into KATY so I hope to see some stuff there. Seems like KATY locos and rolling stock, the 40’s-50’s era is hard to find.
yeah…KATY is hard to find…i remember when it used to come to San Antonio before UP shut it down…I run some KATY on my SP layout but have to do that strippy, painty, decally thingy…geez!..that’s a lot of y’s…I did see a bunch of KATY open and closed bay hoppers at the train show here last January…I think they were IHC cars but wasn’t sure…chuck
