Interesting housing trackside…
…What a different world…Some places…!
If not for the language it could be any big city USA. I’ve made deliveries in Chicago that required
parking on industrial sidings.
Obviously a industrial lead being operated at Restricted Speed…being able to stop within 1/2 the range of vision.
That is a real high rent housing community there at 16 seconds!
The engine / engineer sure didn’t have much space remaining until contact with that compressed gas truck…Sure didn’t appear to have much of a safety margin.
Probably a regular thing with them, although the truck driver looked a tad nervous…
…I was surprised to see the truck driver walk out and signal for the train to stop…Just like it was an everyday operation and no problem…stopping the train.
