I have which I believe the latest NORAC rules from the internet dated Jan 1/2003.
I’m looking for a website to the latest GCOR rules, & latest one I can find is 1994.
Any website out there with a later issue?

last one I got of Net is Alaska RR april 2 2000.
I know this has been covered before, but which class ones (and Canadian carriers) use which set of rules?
ed
I know the UP, KCS, BNSF, and there are so many shortlines and other small railroads to name. I think the CN uses GCOR, but not sure.
As far as getting the current up to date railroad GCOR rule book, you must work for the railroad. If not it will not be available to anyone for a few years.
Hi
From a Canadian perspective only.
Canadian railroads operating in Canada use the CROR (Canadian Rail Operating Rules) There are some differences in actual operating rules (for communication and protection IIRC), terminology (eg. RTC= rail traffic controller, for dispatcher), in some signal aspects for different rules (I don’t remember just which offhand, without lookng them up) and I believe in some forms as well. In the USA I imagine NORAC or GCOR would apply for these same carriers depending on geographical location. nbrodar has insight on where each rule set applies south of the border, I believe it’s on the signals thread.
Also…
WPYR, for a unique example, has a separate set of rules for the Canadian Sub (north of Fraser). The American Sub has its own US mandated rules. Each are contained in the Employee Timetable April 2005 ed
Hope this helps

There are copies available all over the place. A quick search brings up bunches of links.
