GE begins shipments from new plant

They should mount some longhorns on the hood…

Night night Erie…

Just like GMD. Moving to a right-to-work state to ensure their workers will not have representation.

Let me get this straight, Bradley, should they mount some longhorns on the hood?

is texas plant union?

Sorry to see the Erie plant possibly downgraded but at least Fort Worth is in the US possession, Territory of Texas.

All states should be RTW. Having new employees forced to join a union is an antiquated system that’s well past burial time.

Let’s see if Texas, can provide the “Quality” that Erie has historically. Also sounds like GE is not sold on the idea that the Texas plant can maintain the production level required.

I thought that GE was still building in Mexico. Mexico is much cheaper. What happened?

with this liberal governor that we have in new York ,ERIE is lucky to have any work left in this state

When did Erie get moved to New York??

Your confused EMD builds in Mexico.

The unions, as I recall, were the stumbling block that prevented the Santa fe from acquiring the Erie Lackawana prior to conrail. And they are complaining about lack of representation. I have worked in all union shops, a blight uon America.
